Get ready to spruce up Upperclassmen, Prom is April First! Taking place from 8:00pm – 11:00 pm, this year’s Prom will be hosted at the brand new Treefort Music Hall! Located at 722 W Broad St, behind The Warehouse Food Hall, Bishop Kelly will be the first guests to use the venue following Treefort’s annual Music Fest, the week of March 20th. Although a theme has yet to be confirmed for the wild night, ASB Corresponding Secretary Lucy Glynn indicates it’s likely to be A Knight in the Forest.
Tickets are available for purchase starting this Thursday, March 16th, at $10 a person, and will close the week following spring break. Tickets will be sold No “couple discounts” will be offered. Additionally, Treefort has confirmed that specific drop-off areas for limo services will be provided however, with street parking and three central garages surrounding the downtown venue, ample space should be available for the evening. Nonetheless, student council members recommend arriving early or dinning at a local downtown restaurant.
Finally, take the time this Spring break to pull out those playlists and brush up on some moves as Student Council will soon be accepting song requests for the evening! Make sure to consult Schoology in the coming days to locate the Google form.
